Our letterhead printing is a very good quality / value product. Together with our easy online ordering, your letterheads can be ordered in minutes and delivered in a short period of time. If you need labels to go along with your letterhead, visit our Roll Labels page.

We print letterheads using a full color process (CYMK), this allows for the flexibility of printing 1 or two colors to as many colors and images as you require. Your personalized stationery will be printed on low priced, bright white paper stock that features a smooth finish, or optionally on linen stock for a an elegent, textured finish. How to Prepare the Artwork for Your Letterhead

To ensure that your order is fulfilled smoothly, please follow these guidelines:

Bleed & Trim
During the file preparation of your personalized stationary please add 1/8" on all sides of the document. This bleed area will be trimmed off. So the size of the design files that you submit need to be 1/4" higher and wider than the finished (cut) size. Make sure that all the background images and colors extend into this area to avoid having a white frame around your design template.
Safe Zone
Additionally, please adjust your design files so that your text and logos and other important graphics are 1/8" inside of the finished size on all four sides.
Colors
We print letterheads in CYMK color not RGB - we can convert this for you if you're not able.
Resolution
When you deign your letterheads, make sure that the resolution of your design files are 300dpi (dots per inch)
Submitting Files
We prefer a pdf file (1 file for each side), if this is not possible please send a psd, ai or eps file. Make sure all fonts are converted to outline. After making your order you will be prompted to upload files.
Blacks
Rich black ( 40% Cyan, 40% Magenta, 30% Yellow, 100% Black ) should be used for large areas of black and will give a deep solid black finish.
100% black ( 0% Cyan, 0% Magenta, 0% Yellow, 100% Black ) should be used for small black text (12pt and smaller) and lines, this will result in crisp text and edges.
